Further proof that not all humans should be allowed to have pets. Prior to pet ownership, there should be a test that requires a minimum level of intelligence. This poor dog was oblivious to the danger of hanging more than half way out of a car going 50MPH though. He was biting at the air, tongue flapping in the wind, sniffing and checking out the cars driving by. I'm hoping he was marking his territory at this point in this picture.
"marking his territory" HA! that would have been awesome. I'm wondering if you weren't just jealous of 1) The dog's carefree joy-ride or 2) The car ;-)
